**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a hairstylist with proven expertise in cutting, coloring, perming and styling.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience.
- Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team environment.
- Open to learning and adopting new techniques, especially Japanese hairstyling methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues (English language skills required).

**Skills Check**:
As part of our hiring process, we will conduct a **skills check** to evaluate your technical abilities. This will help us ensure that your skills align with the high standards of our salon.

**Preferred but not required**:

- Japanese language skills or interest in Japanese culture (a plus, but not mandatory).

Pay: $38,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
