McMillan LLP, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, is
currently seeking an associate to join its Financial Services Group in
Ottawa focusing on insurance regulatory work.

The insurance regulatory subgroup of McMillan’s Financial
Services Group advises Canadian and international insurers and
intermediaries on regulatory matters, including approvals for
establishing business in Canada, the regulation of insurance
contracts, and ongoing general compliance matters. The Group also
provides Canadian assistance on insurance M&A transactions.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of financial services
law experience, preferably including insurance regulatory
experience, along with strong professional and academic
credentials.
