This operation is built on proactivity, meticulousness, and a long-termist philosophy.   The Role The servicing advisor needs to display accountability for client outcomes and maintain high attentiveness standards. They'll be the backbone of client service delivery—managing comprehensive financial plans, executing portfolio strategies, and ensuring every client receives timely, responsive, and high-quality advice. Your work directly impacts clientele and firm growth. We are looking for ambition, perfectionism, and a solution-oriented mindset.   Key Responsibilities – Client Servicing Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining high-touch contact standards Deliver comprehensive financial planning, including pre-retirement strategies and retirement cash-flow planning Conduct estate settlement meetings and handle ad hoc client requests Key Responsibilities – Portfolio and Compliance Management Execute portfolio rebalancing for non-WPP accounts; track and ensure compliance for all client accounts Manage client cash balances and systematic withdrawal plans (SWP) Ensure account suitability through rigorous KYC (Know Your Client) and TCP compliance. Identify and action investment opportunities per licensing guidelines   Requirements 4+ years of experience in financial advisory IIROC Registered Representative License (required to commence role) CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or QAFP® (Qualified Associate Financial Planner) designation Bilingual (French and English) AMF Registration (Autorité des marchés financiers) to operate in Quebec Eligible to work in both Ontario and Quebec  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage  Career Growth: Our high-growth trajectory creates clear opportunities to advance and build a leadership position.   How to Apply Please submit the following to hr@grandmasterfp.ca: Resume (highlighting financial services experience and credentials) Cover letter (tell us why you're interested in joining Grandmaster Financial Planning).
