**We are looking for a qualified Carpenter/General Labourer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Carpentry**:This may involve tasks such as framing, drywall installation, finishing, and trim work, depending on the specific project

**General Labor**:Responsibilities could include unloading materials, moving equipment, and assisting with various construction tasks as needed

**Quality Control**:Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and adhering to quality standards

**Following Instructions**:Carpenters and laborers must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when necessary

Skills and Requirements:
**Basic Carpentry Knowledge**:This might include understanding of framing techniques, basic tool usage, and material handling

**Physical Stamina**:Carpentry and labor work can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and work in different conditions

**Teamwork**:The ability to work effectively with other tradespeople and laborers is essential

**Communication Skills**:Being able to understand and follow instructions, and communicate effectively with supervisors is crucial

**Experience**:While some positions may be entry-level, others might require specific experience in framing, finish carpentry, or specific construction areas

**Tools**:Basic hand tools such as a hammer, tape measure, and level are often required

**Vehicle**:Some positions may require applicants to have their own vehicle for transportation to and from work sites and must be able to drive a truck and trailer and have a clean drivers abstract

Pay: $21.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-06-01
