Receptionist/office Clerk

**Job** **Summary**:
The Receptionist handles all incoming calls, greets visitors and performs a wide variety of general administrative duties. This position is one of two Receptionists located at the company’s front entrance.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Answer incoming calls and direct to correct personnel
- Be attentive and respond to visitor inquiries in a courteous manner
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
- Be well groomed, discrete, foster a positive attitude and be respectful of confidential information
- Open/sort and distribute mail
- Arrange mail delivery to all other Buhler divisions
- Schedule couriers when needed by telephone or online
- Make bank deposits
- Additional duties as required when requested by Management and/or supervisor
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a valid Class 5 license
- Minimum of three (3)+ years of administration/reception experience
- Effectively work well under pressure and possess strong time management skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- High degree of integrity, reliability and punctuality
- Possess analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational skills and must be detail oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $40,000.00 per year
