**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems to direct calls and take messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and treatment coordinating. Answering questions about insurances and treatment procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on ideas to help increase patient flow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong electronic communication skills.
- Experience with insurance companies and reading claims.
- Basic understanding of dental procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping is essential.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Open to collaboration and coaching.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
