- Compensation for pursing industry designation, CIP or CFP
- Level 1 General Insurance License, Level 2 General Insurance License would be an asset with 2-3 years of insurance experience selling home auto or commercial products
- A coachable attitude and love learning
- Superior customer sales skills to build long term relationships with clients and the community
- A working knowledge of computers especially MS Office - Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- An ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
- Enjoy working as part of a team to achieve performance targets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to all clients with regards to underwriting, sales, and data entry
- Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs
- Complete front line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines
- Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints
- Proactively sell, and support programs to build multi-client relationships
- Continually develop product, client and industry knowledge
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team of experts
- Assist with marketing plans to grow the business
