Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission

Starting wage

**$14.00**

After 90 days

**$14.50** (+$0.50)

After 1 year

**$15.00** (+$0.50)

We have permanent **full-time opportunities** and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 9am to 11pm ADT (8am to 10pm CDT)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services
- Assist with customer related billing solutions in an engaging and professional manner
- Document customer accounts accurately
- Marketing new products to existing customers
- Resolve customer account discrepancies
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation

**Qualifications**
- Must bring your own device. The device must:

- Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
- Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
- Have at least 500BM of free space (storage/HDD)
- Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
- 21 inch computer monitor
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working in customer service. Experience in accounts receivable or contact center experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is an asset
