Contributes to ensuring all projects they are involved with exceed Bassi’s standards for employee health and safety
- Handle all project administration duties including project setup, document control (subcontracts, change orders, SCOs, RFIs, etc.), and associated tracking and reporting
- Prepare progress and status reports for clients
- Keep and maintain Logs in relation to project related documentation
- Keep and maintain meeting minutes as needed
- In conjunction with the Project Manager, perform timely reconciliation of subcontracts, payment processes, and outstanding issues; ensuring subcontracts are reconciled and completed as their work on the project is completed.
- Support Project Managers in preparing billing on a regular basis and in compliance with Prompt Payment timelines.
- Responsible to ensure all information and supporting documents for contracts, billing, change orders, subcontracts and payment notifications are up to date in Timberline.
- Processes and issues change orders as directed by the Project Manager in compliance with Bassi project and financial control policies.
- Documents feedback from lessons learned sessions
- Ensure all project closure documents, procedures, client deliverables, and project experience documents are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Microsoft Office and 365 familiarity a must
- Proficient in MS Projects
- Current Security Clearances a must
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Previous work experience with BGIS would be considered an asset
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
