Are you a highly motivated legal assistant with commercial experience?

Your skills will be put to good use as you create professional and exceptionally accurate complex legal agreements and documents in the areas of corporate/commercial law. Your attention to detail and ability to work with complex agreements, electronic closing books and detailed reporting will make you successful in this role.

Your day will be challenging and busy and you will perform extensive dictation, draft documents, coordinate schedules, answer client inquiries, deal with complex agreements requiring numerous revisions (using versions and/or track changes), post time sheets, organize files, prepare accounts, and numerous other matters to get the job done.

You need experience searching in PPR, advanced Word skills, and skills in Adobe Acrobat to be successful in this role.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Legal Assistant Diploma is preferred
- Outstanding Word skills and attention to detail are required
- Knowledge of searches (SPIN, PPR, APPRES, Equifax) are assets
- A strong desire to provide oustanding customer service is a requirement
