**Qualifications**
- be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- have completed at least Grade 10 or Secondaire IV (in Quebec)
- have parental consent if under age 18
- meet Canadian Armed Forces medical standards
- successfully complete selection process, interview and examinations
- pass physical fitness tests

41 Service Battalion is in search of applicants who are ready to be trained in the administration and payroll system as a Financial Services Administrator or Human Resources Administrator. As an Administrator, you will train as a part-time soldier and also train on human resource administration and services, financial management support services, personnel support services, and corporate and general purpose administration. Courses are conducted using an apprenticeship system, where on-the-job training as well as formatted courses are utilized. As you complete your technical training, you will advance to leadership positions which will promote you to where you will manage all facets of the operation including managing the entire administrative department. Reserve Administrators are often offered full-time positions as well (Class B) if you are available.
