- Coordinate and manage table assignments to optimize efficiency
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling cash
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and train staff members
