- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and train staff members
