**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Operate POS systems such as Square POS and efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets, catering events, or special functions.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending/serving or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.25-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
