Outside Sales Representative

**What you need**:
- Minimum 3-year successful sales or customer service experience (technical preferred).
- Valid drivers license.
- Some related college or university courses preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, quote, and communicate technical solutions.
- Self-starter and a team player able to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong desire to achieve targets and goals.
**What you’ll do**:
- Achieve company sales targets for annual inspection and system installations by quoting, presenting, following up, and closing opportunities with a win rate of 60% or higher.
- Build industry relationships with the intention of developing a database of customers with needs that align with the company’s capabilities and service offerings.
- Develop a sales pipeline of opportunities within your territory with the goal to achieve mutually agreed upon sales targets.
- Execute a strategic sales process to help customers through the buying journey and guide them to make the best decisions for their business.
- Qualify sales opportunities and leverage your support network to provide customers with accurate and timely solutions.
- Support customers by providing them with clear communication, reliable follow-up, and the right solutions to maintain compliance.
- Prepare (quote), present and follow-up on large installation and new construction solutions (training provided).
- Assist with maintaining accuracy of customer/prospect lists and company databases.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to your manager on ways to improve company processes as we collectively strive to provide the smoothest customer experience in the industry.
- Continuously learn to stay current with applicable codes, technology, business trends, and market conditions as required.
- Contribute to a positive company culture with the goal of making Nutech the destination of choice in our industry.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
