**Subcontractor Bi-Lingual Training Facilitator - Flashpoint Training Inc.**

Self-assured, highly engaging part-time facilitators in the London and Surrrounding area, up to 200 Kms. Lead groups of diverse highschool students in engaging and career-focused skill development. Working as a subcontractor in pairs, you will lead in-person sessions that provide transferable job skills using Flashpoint Training training materials, through engaging and interactive facilitation. Sessions are scheduled based on your availability and generally run from October to May. The work is offered as subcontracted services at $40/hour, which includes some travel time, prep time and wrap up time following each session. Facilitators are scheduled during the work week anywhere from 9am-3pm, with orientation and job shadowing provided.

Competencies:

- Exceptional facilitation and training skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with youth
- Time management and operational excellence
- Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to exhibit high energy and to motivate and inspire youth

**Experience**:

- 3 years training and coaching experience preferred
- Minimum 15 years work life experience in any field
- Diploma/degree in any field

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
