**What We’re Looking For**:
- Passion for outstanding customer service—treat every guest like a friend- Energy and enthusiasm to be part of a high-performing, fast-growing sales team- Drive to succeed and take ownership of your income through dedication and effort- Coachable and eager to continuously improve- OMVIC license required- Proven automotive sales experience preferred
- Multi-language skills are a plus
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable- Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction- Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing- Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
