**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Manage staffing needs by recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing employees.
  • Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and drive foot traffic.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor budgetary expenses and implement cost-control measures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
  • Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is preferred.
  • A background in training & development is advantageous for fostering team growth.
