**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Manage staffing needs by recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing employees.
- Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and drive foot traffic.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor budgetary expenses and implement cost-control measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is preferred.
- A background in training & development is advantageous for fostering team growth.
