Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Our upscale fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including guest service, food quality, staffing, and inventory management

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations

Hire, train, and develop front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures

Monitor and manage labor costs, including scheduling and payroll, to ensure profitability

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment

Work closely with the Chef to create menus, maintain quality standards, and manage food costs

Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues

**Requirements**:
5+ years of experience in a management role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including front-of-house and kitchen management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and cost control

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
