Job Title: Fine Dining Server - French Restaurant

Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, and guide them through the menu offerings
- Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including descriptions of dishes and wine pairings
- Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure prompt and accurate order-taking and delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairings
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Wine knowledge and certifications, such as WSET or CMS, are a plus

Pay: $16.55 per hour
