Looking to add to our great team, JF Fabrics is immediately seeking an energetic and skilled.
Credit Representative
- Daily processing of incoming payments.
- Daily follow up with clients for valid credit card information.
- Daily reconciliation and matching of payments to invoices.
- Daily refunding of credit cards as applicable.
- Daily follow up with clients for payment.
- Managing an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Preparing the daily bank deposit and taking it to the bank
- Updating and maintaining the Customer Database as required.

**Personal Skills and Abilities**:Positive and confident professional demeanour; strong communications skills, both written & verbal, ability to multi-task in a well-organized manner; impeccable attention to detail; ability to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements; personable with an ability to form relationships and encourage cooperation without having the authority over such. Effective problem solving and decision-making skills

**Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities**:1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit preferred. Must be fluent in Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience in AS400 an asset, but not required.

**Advantages**:
Full time hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Competitive compensation package, fabulous in-house training provided.
