**Job description**

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.

**Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for a smooth seamless experience across all areas while supporting team leads and managers.
- Oversee the annual performance review cycle and leverage the Learning and Organizational Development team to offer full support, guidance, and training.
- Partner with our multiple stakeholders across the operation, including payroll, compensation, benefits, legal, compliance, health & safety
- Maintain and accurately manage documentation and employee information with WSIB.
- Performing other duties assigned by your manager in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High levels of **emotional intelligence**—you understand people and can navigate complex situations with grace
- Excellent **communication skills** that foster relationships at all levels of the organization
- Be able to create policies and administer them
- MS Excel / Word / Outlook

**Qualifications**
- Excellent understanding of current Ontario/Canadian employment legislation and best practice.
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly flexible and approachable, understanding shifting priorities based on organizational and business direction.
- Adaptable and confident dealing with various stakeholders of all levels.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
- 5+ years progressive experience in a Human Resources position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
