**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch service requests to appropriate personnel
- Monitor and track the status of service calls and field personnel
- Communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and management
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize dispatch software and other technologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Handle emergency situations and adjust schedules as necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any issues or concerns promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dispatcher, preferably in long-haul trucks
- Proficient in using Loadlink dispatch software and other related technologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Preferably can speak Punjabi/Hindi
