**About Fast Pass Driving Academy**

Fast Pass Driving Academy is a modern, fast-growing driving school dedicated to raising driving standards and creating safer roads across the GTA. We believe in calm, respectful teaching — **Absolutely No Yelling at Students Ever**

We are looking for patient, professional Driving Instructors who want to help students build confidence, skill, and lifelong safe-driving habits.

**What We Offer**
- **$35-$40/hr** based on experience
- Bonuses for consistent and reliable instructors
- **Flexible scheduling** (minimum **1 weekend day required**)
- **20-30 hours/week** available
- State-of-the-art **webapp** for scheduling, lesson plans, progress notes & signatures
- Supportive, respectful team culture
- All lesson plans are already done for you — mínimal paperwork

**Responsibilities**
- Teach in-car lessons to beginner & intermediate students
- Provide **calm, clear, professional corrections**:

- Teach **winter driving** (skid avoidance, black ice handling, space management)
- Follow Fast Pass’s **No Yelling Policy** at all times
- Motivate and encourage students when they struggle
- Use the webapp to complete scorecards, notes & signatures
- Maintain professional communication with students
- Help raise driving standards & road safety in your community

**Requirements**:
**Licensing & Documentation**
- Valid **Ontario Driving Instructor Licence**:

- Certificate from a recognized instructor training program
- Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
- Criminal record check
- Ability to obtain instructor insurance

**Vehicle Requirements**
- Personal vehicle in good working condition
- **Dual brake installed** (required before starting)
- **Snow tires (mandatory in winter)**:

- Clean, reliable, safe, mechanically sound vehicle

**Technology Requirements**
- Modern smartphone
- Able to navigate a scheduling webapp
- Respond professionally through the system

**Personality Requirements**
- Calm, patient, respectful
- Strong communicator
- Able to correct without yelling
- Organized, punctual, reliable
- Team-first mindset
- Passionate about improving driving skills & safety

**Nice to Have**
- Second or third language
- Experience teaching winter or defensive driving
- Experience teaching teens or new drivers
