The **Shipping and Receiving Associate** is responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials are processed and handled accurately.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, packed and shipped
- Ensure all finished goods are entered properly into Business Central.
- Organize all finished goods and rotate them according to the date of production.
- Load and unload trucks using forklift.
- Maintain warehouse organized in a structure way with defined locations
- Operate UPS and other transportation Company’s on-line courier shipping systems.
- Ensure all invoices are completed accurately and all shipping documents are prepared
- Work safely and ensure health and safety is of paramount importance.
- Assist with keeping warehouse clean and organized.
- Unload truck deliveries and inspect merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Complete the Material Receiving Inspection Checklist for all shipments, including the Green Coffee Receiving Report.
- Handle returns by completing the appropriate paperwork.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years’ shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Previous forklift experience is an asset
- Food and beverage experience preferred.
- Team player
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
