**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Promote and sell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.

**Skills**
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient transaction handling.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
- Time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Technical sales knowledge can enhance customer interactions and product recommendations.
