Branch Administrator

Unified Valve Group is currently looking for a detailed oriented, hardworking Branch Administrator to join our Calgary team. If you are self-motivated and thrive on taking initiative and wearing many different hats in an entrepreneurial environment, this may be the opportunity for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Courteous and timely reception of visitors and telephone inquiries
- Work with Branch staff, as well as occasionally accounting personnel, to reconcile all open reports, including, but not limited to: ValveTek, GreatPlains, backorder review, stock transfers, and purchase orders
- Perform data entry in GreatPlains, ValveTek, as well as enter customer orders and credits, stock transfers, purchase orders, and inventory tracking, receiving inventory items, and reconciliation of packing lists
- Provide branch administrative support including managing office supplies, all administrative duties, and operate all office equipment
- Enter and complete PO’s, AFEs, vendor and customer files, act as a branch liaison with other departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function
- Exceptional communicator and customer service oriented
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Must be a team player who is willing to wear many hats and help when needed
- Must be computer proficient with a strong ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, experience with GreatPlains would be an asset
**Required Education**:
- High School or equivalent
