**What you will be doing**:

- Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
- Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary
- Enter claims into one of 360’s Platforms
- Review and process Pre-Approvals
- Review and process co-op advertising claims
- Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
- Be proactive in problem solving
- Review different types of advertising for compliancy
- Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary
- Maintain and exceed individual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality.
- Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

**What **you’ll** bring** to this role**:

- Experience working in a claims management role or similar
- High quality business communication skills - written and verbal
- Detailed oriented
- Working knowledge of percentages
- Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset.
