**About the Commercial Lending Associate opportunity**
As a member of this group, you will work primarily on a wide variety of commercial lending matters for banks, financial institutions, and private lenders, as well as related areas such as commercial real estate transactions. We prioritize development of our lawyers' technical legal skills and knowledge, and we provide outstanding learning opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years of corporate/commercial experience, preferably in the areas of commercial lending.
- A member in good standing with current, active membership with a Canadian Law Society, preferably Alberta.
- Excellent academic and professional credentials.
- Solid legal and analytical ability, excellent writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively.
- Desire to build strong client relationships.
- Resourceful and diplomatic problem solver.
- Superior organizational skills and detail orientation.
