Insurance Account Manager

**Duties**:

- Manage large portfolio of clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Minimum 3 days in person at office location - 2 days remote
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Respect workflow compliance ; customer confidentiality; and team collaboration

Qualifications:

- RIBO license and / or higher insurance accreditation with 3-5 years experience
- Knowledge of insurance carrier products, services and systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Knowledge of Applied Systems suite of tools and Microsoft Products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
