**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Junior Purchaser to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in procuring goods and services by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, updating price lists, and tracking inventory. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and has exceptional follow-through capabilities.

**Responsibilities**

**Purchase Order Management**: Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and assist with forecasting to meet company demand.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of supplier, product, and inventory data.

**Supplier Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

**Price List Management**: Update pricing as provided by vendor partners, maintain accuracy with pricing overrides, and compile customer price lists for the sales team to distribute to external customers.

**Year-End Inventory Count**: Assist in planning and executing the year-end inventory count.

**Reporting**: Provide routine reports to internal customers regarding purchase order status.

**Logistics and Operations Management**: Manage third-party partners in logistics and operations when required.

**Ongoing and backlogged maintenance items**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a wholesale parts counter environment.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
