**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a Property Administrator, who will be reporting directly into the Property Manager and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This includes processing rental payments, monitoring the accounts receivables, preparing monthly performance reports, maintaining accurate records, responding to tenant inquiries as well as other duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with rent collection, rental payments and maintain accurate rent rolls for each commercial property.
- Coordinate the leasing process, including assisting with lease agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and following up on delinquent payments.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, rent collection, expenses, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, agreements, and other important documents.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory paperwork and permits.
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and physical.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by the Property Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Property Administrator (considered an asset but not required).
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles considered an asset.
- Experience with Yardi software considered an asset.
- Some real estate knowledge considered an asset.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a Class G Drivers license for occasional travel to properties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
