**What to Expect**

**What You'll Do**
- Receive, verify, inspect, count and stock materials according to procedure, as well as verify, pack, ship, load outgoing materials according to procedure
- Load and unload materials onto or from carts/pallets/racks, for movement or storage, by hand or using equipment
- Maintain accurate and detailed material records and logs
- Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts
- During business hours, respond to calls and inquiries concerning materials, shipping, receiving or other logistics related activities
- Maintain good housekeeping and proper safety practices in work area, and maintain close adherence to warehouse safety standards (e.g., PPE, proper conveyance equipment etiquette, etc.)
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.

**What You'll Bring**
- 3-5 years prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience running a counterbalance type forklift, pallet jacks and dollies is required, experience running a reach truck preferred
- Able to push, pull, and lift to 50 lbs., able to regularly climb and reach, and able to stand or walk for most of the scheduled shift
- Ability to work well with others as a collaborator, interact with employees of all levels in different areas of the factory, and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Regular, dependable, and predictable attendance required
