If you're looking to grow in the hospitality industry and be part of a premier private women’s club and luxury boutique hotel, we want to meet you As the concierge, you will be the key resource for our members and guests—offering personalized service and a wealth of information to make their experience unforgettable. Whether it’s recommending the best local attractions, booking reservations, or managing requests, you will be the heart of our guest and member experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Welcome guests and members with a warm, professional check-in/check-out process. - Assist with booking tickets, making restaurant reservations, and managing special requests. - Process payments via credit cards and handle nightly batch closings. - Register members for exclusive events and activities. - Perform opening and closing duties of the Club, including light cleaning and maintenance. - Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by management. **Requirements**: - At least 1 year of experience in a hotel concierge role. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work under pressure. - A calm and professional demeanor with a positive attitude and sense of humor. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset but not required. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends, weekdays, holidays, and the potential for overnight coverage (for illness and holidays). - Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism. **Job Type**: Part-time Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Night shift - On call - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
