Mt. Arrowsmith Childcare Ltd. is looking for a caring, energetic, and qualified **Infant & Toddler Educator** to join our team in Parksville, BC. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about nurturing the youngest learners in a supportive and enriching environment.

**What We Offer**:

- **Hourly Wage**: $25/hour
- **Wage Enhancement**: Additional **$6/hour** through the BC ECE Wage Enhancement Program
- **Benefits Package**: Available after a 6-month probation period
- **Paid Time Off**:

- **4% vacation pay**:

- **Additional 3 weeks paid vacation** at seasonal closures
- **Paid sick days**

**Tentative Start Date**:August 2025**

**Qualifications**:

- Valid **Infant & Toddler (I/T) Educator certification** license to practice in British Columbia required
- Valid **First Aid certification**:

- Clear **Criminal Record Check**:

- Experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred
- Patience, warmth, and a commitment to early childhood development

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide responsive care to infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing setting
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programming
- Maintain open communication with families and coworkers
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

**How to Apply**:
