We pride ourselves on operational excellence, product reliability, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead Hand to support and guide day-to-day activities within our Kanata distribution facility.

**Position Summary**

The Warehouse Lead Hand is a senior warehouse team member responsible for supporting daily operations, mentoring colleagues, and helping ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate workflow.

**Weekend availability is required.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Support**
- Lead by example in core warehouse activities: picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
- Help coordinate tasks during shifts to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in identifying and addressing workflow bottlenecks or process issues.

**Team Leadership (Non-Managerial)**
- Offer peer-level guidance, mentoring, and onboarding support for new team members.
- Promote adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards.
- Act as the shift’s go-to resource for operational questions and best practices.

**Inventory Control**
- Participate in cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report discrepancies or damage promptly and ensure proper product storage practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to reduce errors and inefficiencies.

**Health & Safety**
- Encourage and model safe work practices and assist with daily safety checks.
- Identify and report safety issues immediately.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability and safety-first thinking.

**Technology & Systems**
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning tools for tracking and order fulfillment.
- Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS is a plus training will be provided if needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- College diploma or degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment (formal or informal lead roles).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Technologically proficient — comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and warehouse systems.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Work Schedule & Location**
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required
