**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**

**AUTOSHACK, **a leading expert in Direct-to-Consumer Retail Auto Parts Distribution for 40+ years, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and plan all warehouse operations in a 110,000 sq. ft. facility.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff with worker safety as a top priority
- Perform various inventory counts, order goods and supplies as needed
- Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when need and a clean and tidy workplace is kept at all times
- Maintain shipping documentation, manifests and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
- Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning to create a more efficient fulfillment system

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- 2 years previous Supervisory experience in a warehouse position up to 30 employees
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems
- Excellent organization and efficient time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

**Compensation**

- Working in this industry can be physically demanding. Certain positions require employees to spend most of their workday on their feet and have the ability to carry heavy and awkwardly sized items up to 75 lbs. A reasonable level of physical fitness and flexibility are beneficial.
