**WHAT TO EXPECT**: Here's an overview of your tasks: - You will perform laboratory tests (physical properties) as required by customers on tensiometers, hardness testers, density scales and other laboratory equipment - You will process batches that are "Non-Conforming" and follow up on the disposition of non-conformances, based on cause analysis, statistics and discussions with the chemists - You will participate in the development tests and follow-ups of improvement projects, new recipes and new products in support of the development and production team - You will collaborate in the development of training plans, as needed, and ensure the maintenance of good quality and safety practices during training sessions - You will contribute to the development of verification routines during production with and for the production operators - You will ensure the updating of computer tools to support the verification routines - You will be responsible for cleaning and calibrating laboratory equipment and some production equipment - You will participate in meetings and work sessions as a quality respondent **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**: - You have a high school diploma - You have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position - You have excellent interpersonal skills - You are fluent in French 4/5 and English 3.5/5 - You have good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel - You have great autonomy, attention to detail and good judgment **WHY JOIN US?**: - Position from Monday to Friday, salary of $29.56 per hour - Interesting work environment based on exchange and teamwork - Group insurance including dental - Employee and family assistance program - Sick leave and floating days in addition to your vacation - Our golden colleagues
