**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install various structures and fixtures, including drywall, cabinetry, and other components as per project requirements.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and finishing work.
- Execute caulking and construction painting to ensure a polished final product.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and layout.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing installations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in installation or related fields such as carpentry or maintenance person services.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong skills in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Experience with caulking and construction painting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Drywall Installation: 1 year (preferred)
