**Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform installation tasks including carpentry, drywall work, and construction painting.
- Execute maintenance person duties such as building structures, installing fixtures, and making repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in installation or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to build, repair, and maintain various structures.
- Experience with caulking and drywall installation is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
