The Seasonal Guest Services Representative is responsible for assisting the Guest Services team and Santa Claus during the holiday season. This role requires individuals that are great with children and are looking to bring holiday joy and cheer to all kids this time of year.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Taking payment, providing information to parents, and ensuring the line is moving in a timely efficient manner.
- Assisting with taking pictures of kids with Santa Claus and editing and transferring the pictures to a USB drive.
- Must have experience interacting with children of all ages and have a passion for the holiday season.
- May be required to stand for the duration of your shift which can be up to eight hours in length.
- Depending on work schedules, you may be required to work the car raffle desk selling tickets to customers.
- Other responsibilities as required.

Desired Qualifications:

- Must possess good interpersonal skills and display patience and politeness.
- Experience using a POS system and comfortable learning new computer software.
- Experience operating a digital camera or willing to learn.

Terms of Employment:

- This is a temporary part-time position that requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends up to and including December 24th.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
