**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving new and used racks and maintaining inventory and associated records. Lead responsibilities include, planning and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues with warehouse associates, and resolving issues accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory through WMS system.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Participate in annual inventory counts.
- Load or unload materials.
- Develop proper storage methods and allocation of material.
- Pick and ship orders accurately.
- Receive material accurately and report any errors.
- Schedule freight carriers or couriers to deliver shipments as required.
- Creation of BOL’s
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work area (warehouse).
- Proper use and maintenance of forklift.
- Promote and maintain clients/customer satisfaction.
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met. Encourage and train staff as required in a professional manner.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Partake in all Health and Safety committee meetings.
- Promote and ensure all Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that all shipping and receiving Documents and reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Specific projects and additional responsibilities may be required as the business changes and grows.
