**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor, develop, and lead team members to excel in their roles.
- Balance team needs with business financial goals.

- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement improvements.
- Ensure team members complete daily tasks and fulfill responsibilities.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members, emphasizing accountability, integrity, teamwork, and appreciation.
- Cultivate a sense of family within our team.
- 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
- 1+ years of experience in veterinary management (lead roles accepted).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Compassionate with excellent conflict resolution abilities.
