Integrity is actively recruiting a **General Labourer**to join our expanding team.

The **General Labourer** is responsible for assisting the Lean Manufacturing team with all projects and duties, including organizing and sorting items throughout the facilities.

This **General Labourer** will report directly to the Lean Manufacturing Leader.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Organize and sort scrap metal
- Perform odds and ends facilities maintenance (including painting, drilling, repairing)
- Collect and organize eyebolts in each facility
- Assist Fabrication department as needed

**Required Qualifications**:

- Mechanically inclined with ability to utilize a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to travel between plants in Windsor
- Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
