**Overview**
Wing’n It Moncton is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic **Cook/Server Floater** to join our team in a fast-paced, full-service licensed restaurant. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with experience in both the kitchen and front of house, who takes pride in preparing quality food and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Back of House (Kitchen)**:

- Prepare and cook food items on the grill, fryer, and stove following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and kitchen cleanliness.

**Front of House (Service)**:

- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Mix and serve basic alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Handle payments and POS transactions accurately.

**Qualifications**
- **English fluency is required**.
- Must be a **Canadian resident** eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen (grill, fryer, stove) is required.
- Food Handler Certification is mandatory.
- Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Bartending knowledge is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to both kitchen and service roles as needed.
- Committed to providing a high standard of customer service and hospitality.
