**About the Role**
- Cooking 100+ covers (with additional staff)

- Running the kitchen with 2 others alongside you

**About you**

If you are Red Seal or have an equivalent recognized qualification with three or more years’ experience, and you have any combination of the following:

- Have demonstrated experience at the same level and/or willingness to step up
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions & are creative as hell
- Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.
- Have the experience and knowledge of menu design and costing controls.
- Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate a team.
