**About us**

Hillcrest Elementary Out of School Care (HEOSC) offers Before and After School Care for children enrolled at Hillcrest Elementary School. All of our programs are licensed through Island Health Child Care Licensing. We are located within the school and have access to many of the school facilities including the gymnasium, playground, and a fabulous forested area. Our programs focus on creating a safe, fun, and friendly environment for all children. We encourage children to make friends and try new things.

As a leader in our program, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children outside of school hours. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in our community.

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized program space
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and inclusive environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
