Covers in Play (CIP) is currently seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team, for long term opportunity with lots of room to grow and advance within the company. We will provide training and support as required to grow your skill set. This position requires a reliable and a self-motivated individual that is organized and detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Setup and machine a variety of aluminum components;
- Inspect machined components for conformance according to drawing dimensions and tolerances;
- Perform daily operator maintenance checks on equipment and report any concerns to maintenance;
- Light fabricating duties such as machine operations, material handling, etc. as required;
- Prepare finished fabricated parts for assembly / shipping / cleaning;
- Knowledge and experience with hand tools;

**Skills**:

- Experience in operating machines and machining components;
- Read drawings/blueprints;
- Able to comprehend and manipulate G codes would be an asset;
- Knowledge and experience with hand tools;
- Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs;
Personal Skills:

- Comfortable working in a small business environment, a motivated team player that is able to troubleshoot, focus and organize;
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Supplemental pay types:

- $500 signing bonus

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
