Job descriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5 axis machines and proficiency in FANUC controls and AutoCAD programming.Job Description:Responsibilities:  Operate and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities using FANUC controls. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to program CNC machines via AutoCAD. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precise dimensions and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Document production activities, including setup sheets, inspection records, and machine logs.  Requirements:  Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator with 3, 4, and 5 axis machines. Proficiency in operating FANUC controls. Strong programming skills using AutoCAD and the ability to interpret CAD models. Excellent understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in CNC machining preferred.  Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$30.00 per hourExperience:  CNC Milling Machine Operator, Programmer: 5 years (required)  Work Location: In person
