Join the Taste Hospitality Group as an Experienced Server Are you a skilled and passionate server looking to join a dynamic and thriving restaurant team? Taste Hospitality Group's is hiring at **Cohen's Beer Republic / Picaro Cocktails & Tacos**. We are seeking talented and experienced servers to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in our welcoming and vibrant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch service to our guests by taking orders and delivering them with precision and care.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and dietary information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
