**Key Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience
- Proven ability to manage collections with professionalism and diplomacy
- Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis and customer account setup
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, EMDECS)
- Familiarity with online procurement portals such as Ariba, Coupa, and Transcepta
- Ability to generate and analyze aged receivables reports and collection forecasts
- Experience with credit agency reports and collection regulations
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CCP designation considered an asset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
